In order to become a client of Inner Peace Legal Advisors, P.L.L.C., an Initial Consultation is required. The purpose of this Initial Consultation is to allow our firm to gain an understanding of your elder law needs and concerns and how they might best be addressed by our firm. The firm charges an Initial Consultation fee for this service and applies 100% of this fee to any further work.

In the Initial Consultation, our firm will determine what legal services you will require. Our legal services are based on a fee schedule. This means that the same fees are used for all clients, except in very rare and extraordinary cases that dictate otherwise. These very rare and extraordinary cases will be determined by our firm on an individual basis. Most of our firm's work is done on a flat fee, without hourly billing. During the Initial Consultation, a flat fee will be quoted once our firm has acquired an adequate understanding of your case, diagnosed the legal issues involved and prescribed a legal remedy. Once the flat fee is quoted, it will not change unless the scope of our firm's representation changes.
